Ive had a Countryman since 2020. My 2023 Countryman was due for its first oil change. We planned to wait. The waiting area was comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks. My car was in and out quickly and cleaned up nicely. Thank you, Mini of Annapolis, for an excellent experience AGAIN.
