Sandi was very helpful and extremely kind. She saw that no one was helping me at the first desk I went to. The gentleman barely looked up and acknowledged that I was standing there after the guy told us to go inside and pick any desk with a person behind the desk! Sandi immediately called me over to her desk! I was in rush because I had to get to work by 7:30 am and my appointment was at 7:00 am. To this, I am grateful for her promptness and kindness!
