In for service on my 2014 Q7 w/ 58k miles. Got the 65k service (deliberately proactive) and new front brakes. Excellent service. Considered walking out with a new one. Stephen (my service rep) was great. Luis (sales associate) was great on working numbers for a new one.. still in progress
