Johnathan, Service Advisor, who greeted me for my service appointment is terrific. There was some earlier miscommunication that was going to leave me in a tough spot, but Jonathan was able to quickly reset expectations, kept in constant communication, and was able to pull some strings (or something!) to get my car looked at quicker than I expected.
