Cierra took excellent care of me through the entire process! I had spark plug replacement, fuel injection cleaning, a front end brake job, transmission flush, and multi point inspection. The dealership was pristine clean, and the fresh cookies were great. Cierra provided updates throughout the 3 hour process and I drove off happy. Oh, and they gave me a shuttle ride to Waffle House!
