My 2020 Ram 1500, Built to Serve Edition had transmission issues covered under warranty and needed a recall job done involving the springs inside of the struts. It was at Bob Howard from September 18th for diagnostics until this morning when the jobs were complete. Although because of the parts company's strike, it took longer than I would have liked to complete my work, I received wonderful customer service. I especially want to thank David, Service Advisor. He kept me up to date and when it came time to pick up my truck, he made sure I got up and into my vehicle safely. (I am on crutches and just a few days post surgery.) He was kind, transparent, knowledgeable and informative. I will use BH for all of my service & future truck purchases. Thank you! 🙌
