Recently, I attempted to arrange an appointment for yearly maintenance on my wife's MB with my local dealership that I've had a relationship for 3+ years. I was told that the work would take most of the day and would possibly bleed into a second day. As such, I requested to get a loaner vehicle due to the length of the service appointment. I was advised that I would have to be put on a waiting list for a loaner and that I was number 12 on the list and that the number 1 person on the list had been waiting for 3 months for a loaner to be available. Given this, I researched other options and reached out to Mercedes of Augusta to find out if I had any better options. Without delay, I was able to schedule my service a week and a half out vs. having to wait 3 months and this included getting a loaner car. Although the drive to MB of Augusta was longer than I would take to my local MB dealership, it was well worth it. Ryan and the team in AGS were OUTSTANDING and very accommodating. In fact, the work that I was told in my initial call to my local dealership would take all day (and possibly into a second day), Ryan and the Augusta MB team were able to get it done in less than 3 hours! Needless to say my wife were very pleased and impressed with our experience with MB of Augusta and we plan on continuing to use them for our service needs in the future.
