I had previously been overcharged for something at this facility, and I didn’t even know that didn’t happen… Not only did they make it right this trip a whole three months after the last thing happened when they could have pretended it didn’t happen and kept my extra money… But they just gave me excellent service. They could have screwed me and didn’t. It was a testimony to their honor and service.
