I see its either feast or famine on these reviews. So far Im happy with them. We live in round rock. Purchased a car from the dealership up here 2 years ago, and used their service department once, and it was awful(both the purchase, service and especially the sales rep). We came down here and got a car at the end of last year , and just took in for first service. Overall, its night and day better, from purchase to service. Hopefully that continues. I would recommend this location for sure currently, I would never tell anyone to step foot in Kia of Round Rock.
